Ordering Placing an order with alexandriarv.com is easy. There’s no need to create an account before you place your first order with us. Below are the steps to placing an order. If you have any problems while ordering, please feel free to contact us. Locate the items you’d like to purchase Shop with us by browsing our category pages or using our search feature at the top of every page. Add the items to your shopping cart Once you find the item(s) that you wish to purchase, view the item information and click the “Add To Cart” button on your screen. The item(s) are then added to your shopping cart and the number of items with the total amount is displayed at the top of every page for your convenience. Proceed to Checkout Once you have everything in your shopping cart and wish to purchase the items, review your shopping cart and click the Checkout Button. Sign In or Continue Checkout There’s no need to create an account with us in order to make a purchase. Creating an account will allow you to return to alexandriarv.com and your information and preferences will be saved for future orders. We do not keep a record of your credit card on file for security reasons. Enter your Billing & Contact Information Review Your Order and Payment Once you have entered in the information required to process your purchase, review your order & enter your credit card information. Our site is secured using 128-bit encryption through Verisign, rest assured that your credit card information is safe and will not be kept on file for future use. Order Receipt After your purchase is complete, your receipt will display. Please print this page for your records. Order Status Once you have placed your order, you can check the status of your order via the Order Status link. Enter your order number (displayed on your receipt) and your billing zip code to view your purchases. The status of your items will then be displayed. If your items have shipped and a tracking number is available, you will be able to track your package online via the carrier that your item shipped with. Using Your Account You can access your account information from the Your Account page located at the top of every page. This page will allow you to update such information as your billing address, check the status of your purchases and track your items, change your email address and password, update your wish list and your saved RV list as well as change how you would like us contact you in the future. Shipping & Delivery We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Our shipping fees are based on the amount of the items you are purchasing and the expediency with which you wish to receive your order. Shipping Rates Here….. How are items shipped? We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. Returns If you are not pleased with your purchase within 30 days, simply return it for a full refund. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect item. Items that show signs of wear, installation or use cannot be considered for refund.
